Not at this time. ClairaCM is focused on making community communication as seamless as possible — we'll leave rent collection and lease management to the tools built for that.
Yes. When a resident posts anonymously, no property manager, board member, or admin can ever see their identity. ClairaCM also applies a stricter AI filter to anonymous posts to keep the conversation constructive.
