I’m Jason, a fun, down-to-earth engineer who’s spent my whole career fixing messy systems that drive normal people crazy every single day. From inventing medical devices that genuinely improve lives to creating the manufacturing processes and designs that every major electric bike brand now uses, I’ve always loved turning frustration into something simple and useful.
After teaching classes at Purdue and the University of Michigan and helping build college programs that shot straight to #1 in the country, I realized I get the biggest kick out of solving problems that actually touch regular folks’ everyday lives.
ClairaCM is the all-in-one platform I built to finally fix the unfair chaos that quietly costs homeowners and renters a ton of money and stress every year — surprise assessments, property-value drops, endless drama in group chats, and boards buried in spreadsheets. Using the same hands-on problem-solving mindset I brought to medical devices and electric bikes, I created a modern workspace that balances both sides: residents get fairness and clarity, while boards and property managers finally have the tools (and the Happiness Score) to keep communities healthy before small issues explode.
